You don't have to be a statistic; you can find purpose, value and meaning in your work!

Action steps- Identify tasks and ways to do business so it feels genuine to you; think about the aspects of this business that stand out to you, and do more of what you actually enjoy. Does this look like knocking on doors, joining networking groups, or sponsoring an event? Be creative, and experiment with what feels good to you!
